Is it possible to add recurring annual tournaments in a save game using this editor?

I would love to try and resurrect the Champions League T20 tournament in the game.

As far as I understand, you can edit the tournament into every calendar year, effectively creating a recurring annual tournament.

The last working version was 2016. I made some updates for 2021, but there was no interest, so I never finished it.
