ICC has done it again

I posted this last time but you lot aren't very helpful and refused to offer me any help but I'll try again, ICC makes my pc change into windows old style. Why? What the hell. I change it back and then everytime I open the game it changes it again.

Football Manager use to do this to my old computer, had no complaints with Cricket Captain tho
