Does Murali have any idea what he's going to cop when he comes to Australia for the super series? Calling 3 of our best bowlers chuckers while he gets the rules changed for him?? Every delivery he bowls there will be a cry of NO BALL from the crowd. Every single delivery.

I don't see any problem in it. According to the current ICC rules they are chuckers and deserved to be called that. Not just them all the others are as well.

Other than pointing out that Brett Lee gets everything he deserves and it's only a mniority of fans, it's not the same as the entire crowd systematically barracking one player which is why Murali has refused to tour Australia in recent times.

Well the Barmy Army always go for brett lee(shouting out no-ball each ball he bowls)and Justin Langer(making fun of his height).

And actually,the aussie cricketers don't like the way their supporters behave towards Murali.If you noticed,during the 2003 VB series,in a match between aus and sri lanka,when the supporters were shouting out no-ball to Murali,Adam Gilchrist actually motioned for them to stop,and they obeyed,too.

As for Super Series, I do not think it matters what the Aussie crowd says or does and I hope Murali understands that. He is just letting them get what they want by reacting like that. Besides, the ICC Super Series are just exhibition matches so I'm sure he'll take it lightly. He should. He should realize that he is one of the most dangerous bowlers in the world.

As for Justin Langer, the funniest thing is even the Mumbai crowd makes lot of fun of Justin Langer. They were making fun of him as he practiced his batting (when India were crumbling) and he ended up getting out second ball. Playing the very shot he was practicing. It was hilarious and the crowd started shouting, "Hey....ho look at the scoreboard" at the Aussie supporters. Funny stuff.

Matt Hayden said it perfectly when he said he's not doing himself any favours. Maybe he doesn't intend to play in Australia ever again. I can't recall McGrath, Lee or Gillespie ever publicly denouncing Muralitharan (correct me if I'm wrong) so him calling them chuckers is just an attempt to **** people off.
