You probably can't count in general, then, since he's probably been hyped and successfully delivered far more times.
I can't believe you guys are defending Murali, that was a very immature response.
And I agree with people saying the laws were bent (excuse the pun) to accommodate Murali, he was the biggest beneficiary of the laws and the biggest controversy of them all. I still view a number of actions with doubt, Malinga throwing it in from near horizontal has to be some kind of advantage even if his accuracy is commendable.
which showed the majority of spinners were chuckers due to the inadequate laws.
Maybe because they were. Seriously it isn't that hard to bowl with a straight arm.
And I do believe that Malinga slightly does chuck it, if you compare his action to someone like Tait's, you can clearly see a flexing of the elbow.

For the last time, the ICC didn't just bend the rules for Murali. They found that many other bowlers were also pushing it.
It's about time that Murali reacted. He's taken so much abuse from all corners.
As a Sri Lankan, I feel very offended by claims made about Murali of ICC bending the rules to suit him (15 degree law). I thank u for standing for Murali and I think I need to add to the point that u r making.
The only bowl that was in question was his doosra (11 degrees something). And he was not allowed to bowl that. However, during this time, ICC made an investigation and found out that 23 contemporary bowlers were also bending beyond 10 degrees to 14 degrees. Among them were Shoaib Akthar, Bret Lee, Jason Gillespie etc.. as I remember. Since the rule was old too, they amended and extended to 15 degrees.
Bedi loves chatting rubbish, he likes the spot light I guess. The moment a non-Indian Asian accomplishes something, he's there to piss all over it.
