Well I just chose the main cities from each country irrespective of the icon players. Lahore and Karachi were two cities that came in my mind first and so I chose them.

Karachi and Lahore are obviously the two major PAK cities (I think), so they should have the teams.

Oh Come on Peshawar is the main city! Its the commerical/bussines city of Pakistan. Lahore is not the main city.
