I don't think we should have a full auction, it will take too long.
Maybe randomize player's, but at the same time give us more player's from the country our team is.
E.g. I'll get more NZers as I'm managing a NZ team.

Draft Rules

You must pick a total of 15 players from the above list of players during the draft.

The draft will be divided in 8 rounds. Each team will pick 2 players from the above list of players for the first seven rounds and will pick just 1 in the 8th round.

Round 2 - 2 Players
Round 3 - 2 Players
Round 4 - 2 Players
Round 5 - 2 Players
Round 6 - 2 Players
Round 7 - 2 Players
Round 8 - 1 Player

You must wait until the phase to finish before your next pick.

One phase will last for a maximum of 24 hrs, if you don't pick your players in those 24 hours then your pick will be forfeited and then you will get a chance to pick your remaining number players at the end of the draft.

If you are going to be unavailable for a certain period and you are going to miss your picks, then you could PM me the sort of players you are looking for.


Player's Skills and The Squad

Player's skill will be based on their twenty20 performance and their overall ability. So I recommend you to pick as many as possible twenty20 specialists. They may play a key role to your success this season.

The squad will consist of 18 players, out of a minimum of 5 players must be domestic players(including the icon player). If you are the owner of Mumbai Stars then out of the 17 players you pick from the draft, 4 players must be Indian.

The squad should also consist of the a minimum two wicketkeeper out of which one should be a first choice specialist keeper and the other one could be a part-timer.

the starting XI will consist of 11 players including 3 domestic players which also includes the icon player or the captain.

I just saw that we needed 4 SA players so I changed Anderson to Kallis. Would have really liked Steyn but CG took him straight away. He could have easily took Bond and he would have also had another domestic player.
