There was an article on Cricinfo which stated what you said. If Zims fail to qualify and seeing their financial status, players had already decided to leave for Kolpak deal.

I'm sure by 2035 CWC we will see team numbers increased to 14.

I get it it's not good for all viewers and financially, but this isn't going to work for smaller teams. With FTP already set up for big teams, smaller teams will going to struggle even more.

ICC needs to do something at least. How can Associate teams improve themselves by playing against each other and one or two series against a big team in 1 year?

That DL or DLS just annoys me so much, such a stupid calculation. However this means that either Afg or Ire has a chance. Hope Afghanistan win, even though they've been extremely lucky in these Qualifiers.
