if it was 4-6 team league he did that there's no problem in it. 16 team league with 10 managers.

I am going to throw a couple of ideas and that my plan was to have 16 teams, but gradually increase the number of teams not one in a massive hit like this has become.

It's merged the first eight post one overseas while the other eight will get two overseas, that's why I referred it as two rounds...

So it's just one round

while

Dhaka Gladiators, Mountaineers, Speenghar Prangan, Leinster Lightning, Carlton CC, Nile Knights, VRA cricket club, Abu Dhabi CC should pick two overseas players
