Lineup Rules:
  • Minimum one WK (:wk:) in your XI
  • Must have at least four bowling options (:ar:/:bwl:)
  • Batsmen not marked as all-rounder can also bowl but only as fifth/sixth option
  • Don't forget to mark your bowling options and keeper when applicable

48 hours to post your lineups
Stats available on post #5 on first page
Please try to only pick 4/5 bowling options. Cricsim gets crazy with part-timers only making it harder to get decent results
Announce your injury replacements where applicable.

Types of pitches available

:bwl::down: Damp/Sticky - Massively in favor of bowlers and an absolute nightmare to bat on, unless you're Victor Trumper.
:left::right: Dusty - Plenty of turn on offer for spinners and a good place to bat for spin-savvy batsmen. Good pace bowlers are still likely to thrive.
:ar::up: Even - Provides an evenly balanced contest for all disciplines.
:bat::left: Flat - A batsman-friendly pitch which provides little or no assistance to bowlers. Expect big totals.
:bwl::up: Green - A lot of movement on offer early on, which makes it ideal for bowlers capable of swinging the ball. Batting expected to become easier as the match progresses.
:ar::left: Hard - Ideal conditions for batting. Good deal of bounce on offer for fast bowlers as well. Could go either way
:right::left: Dry/Slow - Ideal for slow and spin bowlers as the name suggests. Sometimes quite difficult to bat on.
:down: Poor - Uneven bounce and a huge amount of turn on offer for spinners. Expect a slow hard grind where most batsmen rarely score at above 2 an over.

and as soon as I say so the title gets changed. I guess we lost
Bro has a knack for spoiling his own results :spy

On to our game, that was an incredible win. That is the sort of contest that does Lord's proud, and I am elated that we came out on the right side of it. Great job from our pacers, the pitch definitely made it easier for them but its still pretty commendable how well they pulled through under all sorts of pressure. I hope that win suffices in getting us to the final four, because with the Pakistan-New Zealand game being on the batting havens of Lahore, a draw is just what we need.

Might as well give a chance to the others for the final game
