All you need is the editor and the .net framework v2 (which is needed for all new editors so you'll only need it once).
Profiles and rosters are found in the Documents and Settings/EA Sports folder.

You haven't created a roster yet. Do that by going (ingame) to my cricket; load save and then choose save roster. One will then appear in that folder.
