Story Image Editing Tutorial(Improving your presentation)

Here we could have a good tutorial on using photoshop for good stories. I use paint to make pictures, they look ok but still not that attractive. So I wanted to learn some photoshop tricks and this thread could have helped me but now !!!!!!!!

I have rewritten the entire tutorial.

Just to add that it would be useful if other members posted on some useful tips such as how to put in 3d borders,good animation or anything else innovative so that it may further enhance the knowledge of the amatuer story makers including myself.

it would also help if people didnt delete their tutorials ;);) haha (joking mate). i do agree with you on some of the better image editors adding their 2 cents on some forms of editing. unfortunately i dont have the higher end programs for editing so i cant add alot more

I find Microsoft Powerpoint to be good for presentation, easy to use and saves in a variety of formats

Could anyone tell me how to add borders...aussie1st did but i didn't understand a word he said... :rolleyes:

Its cause you have no idea how to use your image device. :rolleyes:

A step be step guide for newbies.
Click here to show the image for this tutorial.
This is for photoshop
1. Select the image (shown in first image)
2. Go to Select > Modify > Boarder > Choose number of pixels. (2nd image)
3. You have your boarder! Now go and select the paint bucket (3rd image)
4. With your paint bucket selected and colour choosen click anywhere inside the selection.
5. The 4th image is the result!
