Just in game. Use the Print Screen button normally. (next to F12)

i mean how to set a custom field

I can't help you with the bowling cos I'm just as bad as you but I can help you with the custom fields.
Press button 3 when you have highlighted the field you wish to edit, then cycle through the keyboard numbers 1-9 to change the fielder you want to move. Move them using the arrow controls.
