It's more coding related. Anyway, I figured out a not-so-flexible structure but it works. :P Match fixing and contracting scenarios are now about 60% implemented.

BAD NEWS
I have some bad news. Development will be suspended for at least a week (most probably between 2-3 weeks, in fact) because my laptop hard disk just crashed today. Although most of the files have been uploaded, the latest work I had done is only on my hard disk. Hence, I will have to try and glean the data off my HDD and then possibly send it in for repair/replacement and then development will begin.
I am very angry.

A short update on the technical situation: I managed to get the latest updates off of my hard disk and am currently trying to format it (my HD). It's been going for about 6 hours so I'm pretty sure it's a serious problem.

Hey, I'm back in the States and have got my laptop up and running.
I backed up all the work on my portable HDD so now all that's left is I need to find some time to install up all the programs and then work on the game. I'll have more updates later this week.

I guess it's a good thing I didn't do any algorithm development over the last three weeks. My hard disk crashed for good yesterday. I'm working off a linux live cd currently. I should send my HDD in for repairs tomorrow and get a spanking new one in a few days.
Hopefully that'll be the end of problems.

I have a 4-day weekend coming up next week (not this weekend) so that should give me ample time to get things back and running. We may allow a sort of international beta testing of the engine (not the actual game).
This would involve about 20 human players and each of them would take on the role of an international cricketer in any side of their choosing. We would probably then play a fast-forwarded version of the international calendar (possibly including the ICCCT or even the World Cup) and allow players to interact with the various things they have available to them.
