1. The new way as per the best way to get the players will be auction
2. The Auction of Pool 1 Players will begin at 10:00 AM IST on 23 of October 2012 Here.The Timings for the auctions can be in any Time (24 hrs)
3. Auction will take place in the social group specially made for Local Batsmen,Bowlers & so on
4. Each player that will be picked should have at-least a 3 hr gap between the last bid that has taken place
5. Each franchise will have 2 million USD that is $2,000,000
6. Player auction will take place in social group created by the manager of the league
7. There will around 5 pools.If the franschie does not complete its required players,they can be signed at the end
8. Each player will have a suffienct price tag
9. The countries Bangaladesh,Zimbabwe & other Non-Test playing nations have been paired together
10. The auction will gone in the same manner that has been put in the code.
11. Only after each pool is completed the next one will start
12. Player can only be picked from the player list
13. Only 5 Overseas Player are allowed in the team squad & 2 can play in the lineup
14. Players Retired from ODI will Face a reduction of 15% - 20%
