Right I feel this post is very much needed:

In an auction you bid for something from a starting price. Therefore say Ponting's starting price was $100. Teams will bid from $100 up to however far they are willing to spend. Until the last team says they will bid no higher and the team with highest bid gets the player. I feel this is how it should be done as this way it isn't proper and fair.

I hope you read this the guys who are running it (shantu and Jarl I think), and take it into consideration.

Also, another point. Please cut out the off-topic spam as there has been lots of it.

yeah read it....yeah thats the way an auction shud take place we know it but its very difficult to auction that much players . It wud take 1 day to auction 3 or 4 players .
The current way some 18 players have been auctioned in less than 15hrs...:happy:happy

Yea...but that way it isn't fair as I wanted Jayasuriya but couldn't get him as It was night here and I had to sleep. It doesn't matter how long it takes. This should atleast be fair.
