You are hoping that Malinga and Anderson is enough in the bowling department, but Malinga has been too weak and no-one is there to support him.

Tiwary got us to a good start, but things haywire in the middle order. Thankfully Saha brought us back and later Doeschate and Bravo performed very well to reach us to a defendable 295. Our bowling department fared as usual, being good with economy but nothing special. Bravo deserved MoM for his genuine all round performance.

Handing over the captaincy to Jayawardene, Sehwag needs to concentrate more on his batting now. Malinga's form has been a disappointment and Kulkarni was injured for three rounds, so just couldn't come up with the right bowling combination.
