IPL Indian Premier League - Win Outright

Where is Zaheer Khan ? DCH ? If yes, make him the captain.

Btw, whats wrong with Sangakarra as captain ? I'd rather have him than Jayawardena as skipper.

Zack is with RCB!
And Sanga as a skipper over Cameron White is what I don't want to see. He may have his own record, but what I feel is Cameron White is ideal captain for DC, keeping his previous domestic record in mind [leading Vics in KFC T20 Bigbash, which resulted in 5 titles (4 consecutive) and one second].

The factor of availability needs to be incorporated in here. Cameron White will probably lead Australia in 2015. keeping that in mind, the selectors need to groom him now.
If the Aussies have any series scheduled during the IPL, then it will be a problem.

Odds from bet365

Who's going to win this year's IPL, i would say that Kolkata have a balanced side with better domestic players but i'll be supporting rajasthan because of it being so close to my home state and it has one of the last legends still playing. :p

I will probably go for two matches, Pune v Delhi and Mumbai v Chennai.

I am tempted to bet on the team I support (Delhi Daredevils) but I know that they probably have the weakest side this season.

YES!!!! (Only Riz will understand)

Can someone please provide a list of the international tournaments that will coincide with the IPL?

As far as I can tell, Australia v Bangladesh, West Indies v Pakistan and some of England v Sri Lanka.

Outright winner - KKR . You heard it here first ;)
Sadly , Lee won't be available for the curtain raiser against CSK due to his national duties.
Players missing for CSK - Hussey
KKR - Shakib Al Hasan , Lee

I don't expect much from KKR. Agreed that they have a strong side, but the hype which KKR receives (due to SRK) will cause them to fail, not as miserably as the previous season.

Thanks for that Jono. Won't be big losses IMO.

Australia v Bangladesh is only for the first few matches, whereas Sri Lanka v England is only the last few. So yea, most players should be available
