Well I don't really need to resort to copying my stats out here, all I have to say is that I assume rickyp will pick himself so just remember I have the lowest bowling average, and have 7 more wickets than rickyp, the leading wicket taker in the best team (regardless of ladder position) I think THAT speaks for itself. And if it doesn't then compare the two:

I also think the averages should change rather slowly. Say a batsman averages over 50 for a series, then his average goes from 45 to 46 and if he averages something under 40 then it should go from 45 to 44. Same with bowling.
