I've got it now, just a silly question, does that over 50 ODIs guys(veterans) includes legends such as Tendulkar, Kallis etc???

Yep. Anyone who has played 51 more more ODIs is considered a veteran. So you pick Mohammad Hafeez for your veteran if you wanted (he just scored a great ton against NZ).

Oh, one more thing I'll add to the rules: No retired players. Anyone who has retired from international cricket is ineligible for selection.

Anyway, Iridium, will you be taking the players Cricinfo ODI averages literally, or will you be changing them slightly. e.g. i've found a 21 year-old batsmen with an ODI average of over 70.

For the records, I never got Tendulkar in any of the drafts' of any league.
I've got him through auction, retention or as icon player but never in a draft.

Hope the history will change tomorrow.(Unlikely though)

You have interpreted it wrong. Draft list means that you have to include your picks in the list so it becomes easy to check the available players.

The order of draft is nothing.
It is only 'first come- first serve' basis.

The coded format is just to avoid confusion. When I'd pick my player, I'd enter him in coded format so my fellow managers can easily check whether a player is taken or not.

They are just done in random order and anyone can pick first, not compulsarily the guy first in the list. It is done to ensure that people don't pick the guys picked and the league manager can update squads easily. I know you will take time to hang of it as you are new.

Well but Truman has clearly stated not to use the list initially because of the mad rush at first ... while you guys on the contrary say the list must be used. Confused for the first time here !!
