Intl Roster Update 2

This is my new roster update
I've included all the new players & replaced the Duke's XI with Scotland who will be playing an intl against the aussies before the ashes.
If i get good feedback , i'll probably replace another team with UAE who will be playing England A soon.

UAE and Hong Kong have been done with the asia patch you should check it out, also theirs a USA kit in the downloads section.

Just read your readme: no need to make the Scotland ODI kit, I've done it already.

I don't know which team o replace with which.So if u have any suggestions kindly post them.I was thinkin of replacing gov11 with Uae or something like that.

I've released the modifications I made to the .gob and exe into a Scotland Added patch. This includes the updated roster, correct kit, correct logo, correct team name, commentary etc.
