I'm Jamie, living in Essex England. I came across this site by accident really whilst looking for some bits online. But what a great community you have here!

I am especially interested in your gaming hobbies as I am currently helping a programmer with a new Test Cricket Simulation. I don't work for the company, just trying to get the project over the line and helping out with data entry. I'll be keeping you all posted re progress and availability!

That apart, my first love is the longer format of the game, so you'll never see me happier than chilling out in front of a test match!

Ahhh really? No, not guilty I'm afraid. Not sure what that chap is doing but I'm just assisting with data entry and research. I've basically spent 20 years trying to convince a guy to make the game and now he's said yes I've had to help him

I might start in a formal way

My name is Nilay Shah and I am 19 years old (about to turn 20 on Aug 21st). I am a college student and I am right now studying Bachelor's of Accountany and Finance (yes I am an accounting and finance student but have the least knowledge about my country's finance and about the finance of rest of the world ). But that's not I would be talking about.

So I would be discussing about myself

I am a sort of guy who is generally not an outgoing personality. I speak the least when I am amongst the people whom I know the least. TBH when talking with new people or you can say strangers, I am of a very defensive nature. I would hardly have the confidence to try and talk with people around. It's like when I get to know people I get more confident and comfortable while talking with them and then it's like I would be talking the most . Well it's certainly sort of a disadvantage to me as we all know when we are young we would always love to have our own group especially in school and college but my defensive nature never let me do that. And till the time I gain confidence other people get so much engrossed with themselves that they don't need anyone else to be part of their group. And most of the times it's like whenever I go they would say "Come on don't disturb us, just go away" so I was never used to be involved among a huge group of people. But here is also an advantage, whosoever I talk with becomes very good friend of mine. It's like I can easily trust them and they can easily trust me.

The main reason for joining this forum was EA Sport's popular video game Cricket 07. I had the game so I just thought of searching a few videos over the YouTube and when I looked at it I found that there were some videos where the faces of players were real and jerseys were all updated to the latest version. So I did Google search and came to know that there is a community who makes all these patches and all and it was this site. So I joined in over here. I would most be visiting each and every thread of the Cricket 07 forums. And I mostly used to download the stuffs which were made by @MattW , @Addy , @Ahad , @kingston Charles aka Charu as these guys were really good at it and I loved their stuffs. But after some years later because of games like DBC14 and all most of the modders left Cricket 07 modding. I started having shortage of new mods and that is where I decided to learn modding and today I have my own Cricket 07 downloads thread. I kept it's name as NMF Studioz, the name NMF is really close to me N is my name and M & F stands for 2 really close friends of mine; Mustafa and Fahad. I kept the name NMF just as a resemblance of respect towards them.

And my interest towards the Cricket is something that I can't explain in words. I mostly watch all those matches which I have access to be it any team Ind, Eng, Aus, Pak, SL, Ban, WI, Zim, Ire, Afg, NZ, etc etc I love to watch them play. My favourite team is India since 2011 WC and my favourite player is Sachin Tendulkar since he hit a double 100 in ODIs. I am also a Rohit Sharma fan. Before I liked Virat Kohli the most after Tendulkar but at times I don't seem to like his on-field behaviour and the rise of Rohit Sharma was the reason I became a Rohit fan. But I believe Kohli's hardwork is an inspiration to many of the youngsters in our Country. The team which I liked the most after India was Pakistan. I like the aggression and passion of Pakistan players but I feel these days it's all missing in them and I started liking NZ more. Currently Ind and NZ these 2 teams are my favourite teams. But I equally like to watch other teams as well. I have an old school approach towards the game but certainly like modernization as well. Like having crowds wearing colourful clothes, DJ, etc. I am not a big fan of T20 Cricket but I do enjoy those. My favourite format is the ODI format. There would be hardly an ODI that I would miss when India plays it.

On this forum I like to read the posts of few people like @zwarrior, @SaiSrini, @zimrahil. You guys are very good posters on this forum. Just keep posting stuffs like these
