I back you man. Jerseys are supposed to be simple and to a little extent stylish. You dont have to go over the moon trying all sorts of weird colours to make it look "cool". DC is way way better than RCBs. CSK is alright. But I think they should atleast tweak it a little.

Best test to determine how good a kit is:
Would you be OK wearing it in public?
I'd be fine wearing the DC kit. I'd look like a clown in RCB's or CSKs. That's really all there is to it.

(But there are also other reasons why. RCBs and CSKs color schemes are terrible. No kit should have 3+ colors in it. And Red and Yellow, in general, are unappealing kit colors, IMO)

My Opinions: (FOR KITS OFFICIALLY RELEASED TILL NOW)

CSK: Pretty Superstitious as its being used since 2008, Eye-Friendly Light Yellow, Blue and Red Designs do not add to the 'Standards. Not bad although.

RR: The same old Blue, Slashy Gold Buntings all around, Pretty irregular gold shapes, though seem to be good. Plain, Simple, Qualitative in 'Gold'.

DC: Very Very Simple, If no sponsor stickers, It just looks like a polo! Puma failed in designing! Till now, the people who seem to be 'impressed' with its kit are only DC's Blind Fans.

DD: Adidas' Master Piece. Good Patterns, Irregular Design Schemes. Though Unsymmetric, seems appealing.

MI: Cool Blue, a bit Darker. Slashy Gold Stripes add to Quality, But Gold Strip on the back needed a bit of tinkering. Good Jersey Although.

I quite like the logo (Pune), suits perfectly to the culture and tradition. Eagerly waiting for their team kit, should be nice.

Team kit? Oh yeah, I thought it was a kind of fan stuff, with sponsors it would do well.

RCB had one of the best kits till last season, this time round they have added an uncalled blue thing. Really loved that texture sort of on the shoulders.

I dont know why, but a bit of blue in IPL can change the game! last time rcb added two blue thin leaf patterns on the back side, this time they included some more fabric with blue! almost every team in ipl has a bit of blue in its jersey.

Yeah, that was one nice thing. Don't know about the blue thing though. I like Mumbai's kit the most, now that they have got Hero Honda as their main sponsor.
