I am currently on 8.14 and cannt apart with the editor at the moment so plz tell me is the latest patch makes significant changes to 4 day games (OD too) and wat does it do except updating the database?

I am not sure to be honest.
Doing great in my current ICC save but I think I will install the patch and try again.
Anyway, I was wondering if the patch is 100% legal? Or all the versions of the patch?
I found a download link and it says "patch_crack". And since this time I have bought the game legally, I want to keep it that way and dont want to mess it up...?

To install the patch simply press Internet Game from the main menu to the person above don't go downloading it from anywhere else.

To Allrounder, yes it's well worth it in my opinion they've corrected the bug where teams bat extremely well in the fourth day of First Class matches on wearing spinning and uneven bouncing pitches, they've made OD and Twenty20's alot more realistic as they've improved the way in which batsmen hit out in the last few overs, so its now possible to see realistic scores. Makes it alot more realistic and better.

As Themer said, all you need to do is go on Internet Game within the game itself. Any other external links I wouldn't touch with a bargepole.

its totally worth it, one day games are so much more fun now, because opposition batsmen have learned how to pace there innings. you can really rack up some runs in the last few overs of one day games too.

i had a cracking game the other day WI vs NZ(Im WI) they set me about 300. didnt get off 2 a great start and i ended up about 25-30 off the last 2 overs. my number 9 had just come in and slogs it o all parts of the ground hitting 22 off the penultimate over.

on the unpatched version i reckon that my team would have gone for it that much. definately adds to the realism of the gameplay.

The patch works on all game saves.
All the changes to the gameplay, such as the bugs being fixed, like where its easy to bat on a final day pitch being, work on old and new saves.

But changes in the database such as a player being put in the wrong county is now at the correct one are only shown in new games.

The patch has spoiled my game online. Now i am not able to click next over while bowling and have to wait few seconds before play over icon is clickable.

Thats nothing to do with the patch, just sounds like the other person hasn't clicked Over yet.

Hey i can see the play over icon but it just doesn't clicks for few seconds and once some time(reserve time i mean) is passed it gets clicked.

I click "Internet Game" to download the patch but after it downloads and goes to install it comes up "ERROR: Checksum(1)" then "PATCH FAILED".

Any ideas what's wrong?

Thanks.

Generally that means that you've altered the game files in some way, so it is unable to patch them.
