Theres All Time team pictures in the .gob file so you might have to unlock that. And there might be tournaments you can unlock as well.

If I were EA, I would have locked some tournaments and all-star teams so that, by winning tournaments or beating currently held records, you could unlock those items.

HOW to UNLOCK TROPHY CABiNEt?

You have to play Tour matches and win them with 75 % sucess to get a tour bat [you cant use this bat to play though] and you need to play and win test series, sharjah trophy [in the One Day Circuit tour] World Cup and Series and the county tourneys to win trophies.

You can't play with the tour bats.

There are no locked tournaments in Cricket2004.

Well you can unlock your trophy cabinet obviously by winning everything with more than 75 % success. I managed to do it after heaps of time spent in playing obviously, it was fun. I think might still have the screenshot I took before. Here it is-
