Ok, well that is ████. I want a white background but the bitmap image is too big (Over 30kb) and whenever I save it in a different format, it changes to a black background but I can't change it back without tweaking up the rest of it.

I've done a bit of testing, and the best I can get the ratings is an average 35 over score of 213 for 5. That's just over six runs an over, which I think is pretty fair considering 50 over games are normally around 250 and T20 games are normally around 150 (we're not talking roads here, just normal pitches that offer a bit for the bowlers). As those of you who've worked with cricksim before probably know, when you shorten the length of the game it's very hard to keep the wickets high as well as increasing the run rate, hence why five wickets is probably one or two less than an average real life innings.

Also all of the ratings are fixed, so all of the batsmen have the same batting rating and so on. Therefore because Tuffey is a pure bowler while Mills is a bowling AR, Tuffey's bowling is actually rated higher than Mills just to keep things simple, when in real life Mills is better than Tuffey.

Just to keep things moving I might post a couple of matches a day.

How are we going to distribute the 5 extra points? 1 to each of the owners and then 1 to be auctioned off to the highest bidder? :p

I don't think one point on five different people will make any difference, so we should probably just stick them all one person.

At a guess I think it'll be something like three points equals an increase in their average, or something like that.

Also remember we get points for winning that we need to split as well.

hmmm that's true

I'm also guessing that it should be a specialist player too.

Also how are we going to split up the five points for each of types of ARs?

Batting and keepers 5 batting and bowlers 5 bowling are pretty obvious (I think).

We could go something like 5 on batting for batting ARs because they're going to be batting at 5/6 and only be a sixth bowler, and 5 on bowling for bowling ARs because they're going to be batting at like 8 and be much more bowling orientated. And then for genuine ARs do a 2/3 or a 3/2 split.

Yea I agree with that. Really, we want the batting all-rounder to be bowling as few overs as possible, so with a bad rating they'll do that :p

If you do that they're no longer all-rounders; they'd have the same stats as the pure bowlers.
Personally I'd love you to bowl someone against us with 0 additional bowling points.

Bowling all-rounders would start with a slightly higher batting rating than bowlers, and if both put all their points on bowling, then it'd stay that way..

Yeah, I've slightly misread Matt's post.
I was thinking that all the players were starting from the same base but obviously it depends on player type.
