I've said earlier that I like anderson but I do think everyone's gone a bit nuts. There was one headline along the lines of "england have found their mcgrath."

which is a shame because now we just end up attacking one of the best fast bowlers in the world because he's nowhere near all-time great, instead of giving him his due as a very, very good player and one of the better ones of the day, certainly in the current world XI.

^Excellent sentiments, I've spent far too long this last week whinging about how overrated Anderson is - mostly to myself on the couch of course... But Anderson really is a good bowler, maybe not a 'great' bowler, but there aren't many of those. My McGrath like chuntering doesn't reflect on my disregard for him, rather my disregard for the cricket media.
