jk,I need a bit of help.

I tried making a Smith menu player which is 512*512,but I made the background as white,so when I see the picture in game the white portion remains,could you help me out here.Thanks in advance.

while you are creating a new image , make sure to select the transparent option from the "contents". check out the below pic
