Positive work on the avatar . But you really have to improve your signatures , if you want to use the same colors as the BG try & Desaturtate the render .

Tamim avy is one of your best.It's good that you are using a render,it gives you more options! Use a good and simple bg next time,spend more time on them.Play with the text colour/use render effects/some nice textures.Good luck!
