I think i always do that, followed tutorial of Baka arts and what he done i done the exact same I never let go of the shift when i am resizing something...

It's decent , needs a lot of improvement and while resizing please hold SHIFT ! resize images from the corners . The BG isn't blended well and the render too .

Did you went through this ?

Yup every time.
I'll try a 500x200 sig just to see if the size makes it look like that. Because on the Phangiso siggy i got good comments nothing bad on strechs and all that.
