hhmm try and just get a normal spped video. its too hard when you skip frames

I always find it harder to look at actions from videos rather than in person. My main advice if you're just starting out is to work on spinning it as much as possible, as that's the hardest thing to learn. You can work on accuracy etc after that.

My main reason for posting was just to say that you won't get many LBWs if you play in matches, because when you bowl, you end up stood right in front of the Umpire, so he won't be able to see a thing! :p

Thats the biggest problem for me too. Since you are turning it left to right, try to swing your body across when you bowl and you should get more turn and your momentum should take you away from the umpire. You might also get some slide going
