Sauron and Saruman are your good guys, Gandalf, Legolas, Aragorn, Gimli, Sam, Merry, Pippin, Boromir, Frodo are the bad guys, so they'll likely be the Mafia, and you get the likes of Dumbledore, Hagrid, Snape, Voldemort, who'll likely be individual aligned. And the Serial killer of Olivander, the heartless bastard.
