Anyways great header. The basic layout is a bit like mine but I don't care. Not a fan of those huge 3d buttons though. Footer is great & flawless.

Hmmmm...This one endorses a style we have seen a lot of times,IMO try to remove the thing you have in the sides,and tune up the blue to something like sky blue,the avatar looks good.

BTW,loved the stock and effects on the stock in the sig.But as Megh said the effects in the sides let overall look down.Even it would look far better without the logo.
But this was the best work after your comeback.

Niice. For the first time I've seen someone use the bevel and emboss properly on this forum. It's a beast when you know how to use it.

Couple of tips tho, I like the color theme but you can use Inner shadow instead of the drop shadow on the 3 generations cricket league logo on the left. It blends it in properly.

Also on the search, login and register buttons, it looks like a gradient but try to keep with the theme and use complementary colors, like white instead of bright yellow, kinda wears off on the eye.

Play with stroke, there's a lot of change when you use a gradient stroke instead of a solid one, wherever it compliments. With this theme a gradient stroke looks nice. You can add drop shadow to those buttons as well, just decrease the distance.
