Ok, 3/4 captain, its a step up from Vice, but a notch under fully-fledge captain?

This is becoming like the Kolkata Knight Riders who where going to have 4 captains (I think). They've now decided on one.

We don't need 4, just Dean and myself, and a Vice. Three is a hell of a lot different to four!

I must say though that more than one captain is overkill, one and a vice is all we should ever need.
