Two things:

a) We will be drafting players this year because we will be cutting players this year.

b) Mark will probably make his official announcement, but he will be finishing year 12 in November, just in time (hopefully) for the new season, and will retake over as Bitters skipper.

Yeah, now lets win the FC cup too. First we have a crucial game against Soakers and need to win it to confirm a spot in the final.

So what we need to pick up in the draft:
* Two batsmen.
* Two bowlers (at least one pace).
* A pure all-rounder.

Another thing that could happen is if Sylvester or Chez move to a pure all-rounder, but there are plenty of all-rounders in the draft.

I'd say that for FC games we give the opening role to the new all-rounder as having pure bats in the middle really helps.

Another wicket-keeper wouldn't be a bad idea. I think Sid needs a rest after a while.

One of the new pure bats can be a wicketkeeper and keep wickets in FC.

Hope its ok. I have sent out PMs to couple of chaps to come and join Bitters. I prefer the draft idea but a good PC member is always welcome in Bitters camp regardless.

Pure All-Rounders are useful, especially in OD games.

Batting or Bowling All-Rounders are just not very useful.
