Noone is going anywhere. Crusaders can pick up people from the draftees. I do not agree with the giving up players thing at all.

I know im not a member and im pretty sure I wont get picked up first by you guys and will end up somewhere else but ill suggest this anyway, I think you should get usy to create a sig/avie set with a varied sig/avie for each player
