menu image problem?

Hi I must have mis installed some graphic update.
Can someone tell me what file or files I should re-install to fix this problem
When I check under statics menu, background is all white, if I get spider for example I cannot see anything but 4's and 6's my batsmen have hit.

I did install some menu update, mabe I should reinstall a new one?

If you are talking abnout TV overlays, have you checked all of the files are in the bats folder?
