So, MikeM the Pommie bet dodging renegger has decided that the Ashes 2013 was released before 15th December and so he believes he does not owe me the dosh.

Obviously it was recalled and people are to be refunded, ie it was not released, unleashed, sure. Released? no! In any case it was not a game by any stretch of the imagination

It's not about the $50 it's about the principle of the thing, you know in a very Eddie Murphy "Trading Places" kinda way.

The game released - it may only have been a "special edition" on sale for 4 days, but it released.

And some people may even keep their purchase despite the refund offer - for comedy value - thus it's a released product.
