Though its fixed now, I am pondering, whether that was actually a large amount of sum or just nothing. It told me, I have $1.8446744073709E+19 in hand. If you look at the decimal, it makes me think it is just 1 dollar.

No it is a very large number, probably double data type, and the exponential notation is used to express such large numbers if they are out of range of the variable they were just cast into.
