I thought I'll just ask this question here instead of creating a new thread. I've got ?1,200,000 in the bank. What's the optimum number of FAs that I need to have to get the maximum interest, and least wages? I mean, I don't want to hire 10 if 5 will do the job just fine.

Nevermind, I've worked it out on Excel. Since I'm probably only going to have this amount of money for one week (I'll probably buy someone), I'm going to have 7 PRs. This gives me a profit of ?33,600 from interest bearing in mind that I'll have to pay another week's of wages for the FAs after I fire them.
I'm not sure what to do with the money. The interest will only become bigger with my income from the ground and the growing bank balance. I'll soon be earning a profit of 60K-80K per week. I don't know if I should save up that money or buy someone good, as that's very tempting as well. My position in my league is already fixed, but I need to win my playoff. So many things to think about!!

dont buy anyone just save and get interest of 80k.

Just to update here,after todays home league game Ive gained around 40k.So Im back to -40K from around -81K.So if this keeps up it shouldnt be too long till I get back to the postive.Thanks again for all the help in here.
