So If the aggression is on 5 Bars wickets don't fall rapidly?

They do still fall at diffirent rates, but dont do it with the stock standard team. When people say "put it on blah blah aggression" usually they have good teams which can. So unless you have a good team atleast, dont really do that as you will loose wickets 'more' rapidly.

If i fall on hard times like i did with Australia can i expect in a few years that my team will be reasonably strong, maybe not as good as they were originally

Possibly, depends who you bring in, kick out, how your youth players develop etc. Cant tell. You'll just have to play and see how it goes.

On the highest difficulty i have now mastered the batting side of things. I have played 10 One Dayers and i haven't made a score lower than 265, but then i bowl and thats where the problems start to occur, my bowlers go at 5.5 an over
at best, so even the best scores are gettable, except when i bowl first then i can comfortably chase the other sides score down. When Batting first Without cheating or rigging the coin toss what can i do about my bowlers, and ive found that this happens with all the teams i play with.
