They aren't blended well , that the main problem . If that happens then reduce some lightning by curves , it can easily be set .

As far as avatars are concerned..set the lighting layer to screen for the best output...use curves to adjust the brightness of the image..And..practice hard..youll definitely do good here.All the best.

As I said before , you should've erased the....you can say texture on his arm because the render isn't looking good like that. KIU nevertheless .
