Avatars are very good..They are clean..have the required amount of lighting,fonts look goode except the Mitchell text in the MJ avatar..The sig is very bright..Try to reduce the excees brightness using curves.

Magnificent works ! Aw man , they look amazing ! the best one among them is the Ballance one , marvelously executed bro , the Rib?ry one is a bit dark , you could've increased the off-set option in the exposure thingy. The Morgan one looks messed up there. Reus & Gerrard ones look decent and great. The Rib?ry one can be considered as marvelous as-well as you've done a soft brush on it.
Try limiting your works bro , if you'll try to make many avatars in 2-3 days then they'll not be perfect.

Oh and also , the white texture behind Emma , which is extending on the (right side for us) looks use-less. Try erasing the use-less parts next time onwards.
