You can increase/decrease batsman and bowlers rating up to 30 & 32... It is U-19 competition, there is no senior or experience cricketers in the competition... So all player are equal quality... Once Nepal started to face better and higher ranked domestic or national teams, that time you can decrease our Players ratings... So you have to do some work on ratings, when situation demands...
