I know, TBH I don't think he has read any of post three.
That clearly states what to do.

You may select most International Players, but there are a few exceptions:

1. They have to of played a minimum of 25 international matches.

2. In most cases the International Players have to currently be available for their countries, they normally can't of retired from international cricket. Except if they have retired from intentional cricket recently and have played international cricket in 2010, they are still available for selection.

3. You can only have a maximum of TWO International Players per country.

There will be two groups of four for the first round of phase two.
I'll just take a quick look at the strength of the NZ player's each team has, to decide the order.

Watson was with Canterbury for season three.
He played six games averaging 20.8 with the bat (S/R 96), and averaging 58.8 with the ball (E/R 6.7).

2nd pick (no order) - Chewie, bcvstheworld, irottev and BKB1991

Round 2 - 1 New Zealander and 1 International - no order

Round 3 - 1 New Zealander and 1 International - no order

Round 4 - 1 New Zealander and 1 International - no order

So therefore hedger_14, riz7khan12, rahulkhush and Aussie Team are all up with one New Zealander.
