ok so now otago has to lose their match and i have to win mine for me to go into the semis, which looks pretty likely as otago take on the cobras while i take on the aces.

A much needed (and well deserved too ) win!
Good to see McCullum finally show some form and the decision to rest the older legs of Hussey and Collingwood (who must be pretty tired) paid off as well.
The equation is pretty simple now.
Whoever wins tomorrow's match (WTF vs MM) will go through to the semis.
We'll have the home advantage with the locals getting tickets free of cost.
Hopefully the pressure will be too much to handle for the Monsters.

Having been forced to rest their key players,the Monsters don't look too intimidating TBH.
All we need to do now is play some sensible cricket.

If I lose, the Bay of Plenty will also be on the same number of points.

████!!! Needed A Win to make sure we had an advantage over the Warriors. Considering our last game is against the top team in our group!
All the fast bowlers contributed in the cause, but McCullum and Thompson's over cost us today. Same case with the batsmen, some good perfromances but no one played a match-winning knock. Puts us under alot of pressure knowing that we have to beat the Cobras and pray the Aces beat Warriors. It may even go down to NRR. Whats the situation there Callum?

Exactly what Chewie said.

I worked it out round by round in season one, and it was just took too much time.
Also it is often not needed, like last season it wasn't needed at all.

Takes about 30 seconds to do 1 team.. Also, considering this is a limited overs league it's good to keep track of..
