Actually tell him to place his bids in the thread, and if someone else like you is online at the time, it would be good if you could place those bids in the social group.
So don't bid on his behalf, but as long as he bids in the thread from looking at the player list I put up, that will count as he can't open the social groups, and how ever else is online at the time can look in the thread, and write down the bids he's placed in the thread in the social groups.
However I can not allow you to place bids for him in the social groups, saying he told you to bid on so in so in Yahoo, for this to work he has to write down who we wants to bid for in the thread, then those bids will count and someone else can write them in the social group.
It would be good if you could convey this to him.

His batting is very thin though.

Riz, bcvs, and Viral all played it a similar way, they went out early with a few small bids, and saved up big for later.
Bilal has got a few decent players cheaply, so could potentially finish with one of the stronger squads.
You and Chewie have been mainly battling for the same players, so that hasn't helped.
Aussie Team has a lot of cash left for his final player.
