Not receiving activation code for ashes cricket. (PC)

Hi there.

Yesterday I bought Ashes cricket on steam. First thing i wanted to do was set up my account so i could use the community etc etc...

But when i send for the activation code it does not show up in my inbox...It still has not now after a full day of waiting.

Does anyone have the same problem and have they solved it?

Did you try resending? Also check your junk/spam folder because that's where mine ended up.

Yep did all of that. I've resent it 15 times and still nothing.

mine came in about 1 second.Maybe you have spelled your e-mail address wrong.

There have been some issues we're trying to get sorted related to certain email providers - mostly Hotmail/Outlook addresses.

If you're still having issues after a retry, contact [email protected] and they can provide you with the activation code manually.

Hey guys. I emailed big ant and they gave me a code that worked.. So its all sorted now and i've been playing for a couple of hours and just want to say this game is fantastic so far.

There seems to be a bug with codes being sent. If you email big ant they will be able to send you a code. I emailed them and within an hour i got a response and had it sorted.

Send it again. Maybe they missed it the first time?

Alot of people do. There is a bug atm where it does not send the code at all.

based on what was said above contact them directly.Might be worth opening a g mail account and see if that works.
