number of players in a squad

is there an unlimited amount of players you can have in a county sqaud? at the end of the season can i renew some of my players contracts and get allot of new players to??

I think you can have as many as you want but you have to have at least 18.

I just started a new game and bought lots of youth players...I think i have 31 in my squad.

31 players is an awful lot for a squad. Think the most I have ever had was 22 when I had lots of money and decided to buy lots of youth and lots of experience

Ive got around 20 now which i cant believe as i released all the under performers now all my players are getting injured lol

There's nothing wrong with it, just over 22 is probably too many in my opinion anyway. That's two teams after all

once in an old game i ran out of money with only 15 players or so, so the team had to put in youngsters, that were absolutely crap! lol

Don't have too many current english players because you have to put in crap youngsters

young players arent bad they can perform for you at the moment i have a young player called woods i signed him last season he hasnt yet taken allot of wickets but i am very impressed by him. If i didnt have such a strong bowling attack he would be in the team lol. its impossible to sign england players as the board pays their contract they are free to the county so they arent gnno let them leave. Anyone ever signed a player while still playing for enland
