Nvidia 8600GT with 450Watt PSU

Hi guys, i have had a few answers from friends but thought i would ask other experts. I own a pc i have been modding for a long time.

It started like this.

2.66Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo
2GB Ram 667Mhz
160GB Hard Drive (7,200RPM)
Nvidia 7050 Onboard grphaics
450 Watt PSU
Windows Vista 32Bit

Now i have this

2.4Ghz Intel Core 2 Quad (it is the future
3GB ram 667 Mhz
320GB HD
Graphics (see below)
450 watt psu
Windows Vista 64bit + Windows XP Home

My Question is will a Nvidia 8600GT run without the PSU Blowing up.
I believe it will. What do you think.

If its a half decent PSU it should run fine with a 450w.

Well its made by Corsair so it should be ok .
