Eh I don’t mind it, taking Akram this early is just gimping yourself IMHO. :p
The format of the draft has been tweaking me up since the start, since the timeline I get active usually doesn't match and all the players get taken up. I like drafts because they usually depend upon skill and strategy of choosing and not on who's more online. This one just defeated the purpose.

It is! But that adds up to the list of players that wouldn't be involved at their peak adding to Imran, Gavaskar, Garner and up to a certain extent, Miandad.

Forget hope, why would you hurt your own team? 7 matches, 7 wickets (Average: 42, SR: 54)

Well, atleast he was a prototype Andre Russell/Odean Smith-eqsue power hitter of sorts clubbing more sixes than fours during this time.

I admit I picked him mostly coz of that last ball six off Chetan Sharma in '86. And also he averaged almost 60 in ODIs leading upto the 1987 WC which was much more than he did in '91/92 when he finally became part of a World Cup-winning side.

Sorry to say but Odean is trash. He gives runs in double quick time than he scores any.

Interesting pick that because while he did made a name for himself, it wasn't the best of his world cups but I can see where you are coming from.
